the one with a TON of photos...
So Sarah had a brililant idea to do a mini photo shoot this weekend of Miss Ava. The weather took a huge turn, so we didn't get to do any outdoor photos -- but I love love love the ones we got inside! Thank you Sarah! I am already looking forward to our outdoor session :)

the letter P...
is for sweet baby Preston! In just five short weeks, I will have a sweet new nephew to love on! This weekend myself and the mommy-to-be did a few nersury updates :)
I love his nursery! We hand made his wall art and the cute little "P" plaque :)

Sarah got and amazing new camera, so we spent alot of time playing around with it! I am so jealous! ha! Here are some great photos we got of Sarah and Preston.

weekend recap {part three}...
Before we headed home on Sunday, Sarah treated Brittany & I to pedicures as our thank you for hosting the baby shower :). Miss Ava tagged along, and I planned on letting her get her toes painted. When we got to the salon Sarah noticed they had a little kids pedi chair!! I immediately signed Ava up for her very first pedicure!
Can you see how excited she was?!?!
She was totally cheesin' :)
We picked out our colors --corral for me & green for Ava-- and settled in!
I tried with no sucess to get Ava to choose anything besides the awful green, but she insisted --she wanted green for 'St. Patrick's Day'-- so they added white polkadots!
Adorable!!
It was seriously so much fun! I can't wait to go with her again :-)

I'm so sorry for the lack of posts and commenting on all of you fabulous blogs! I have been crazy busy at work, and currently have 119 blogs to read in my google reader. I promise I will make my rounds just as soon as I come up for air :). I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and that you have a fabulous week!

weekend recap {part one}...
After a crazy-almost-rediculous week, we had a fabulous weekend!
On Friday night Justin & I took in a Dallas Stars game that I was invited to for work. The suite was nice, but this girl is definately NOT a hockey girl. At the end of the second period we used the 'need to get the kiddo' and headed home :)
I was up and at'em early (( we're talking 5:45a.m. )) Saturday morning to get ready for Sarah's baby shower. I worked late every night last week & even took a day trip to Atlanta, so I still needed to get an outfit forboth Ava & I to wear to the shower ((I'm one of those girlse who insists on getting something new for special events!)) along with some last minute shower items ((luckily I had went the previous weekend to get baby P's gifts!)). I got a super cute denim dress, and Priss got a new dress too--
((she was so excited to get to wear her sneaks with it!))
Miss Brittany did a great job with the menu.
Sarah and I got busy on the decor. We hung some of Preston's clothes and pics of both Brad & Sarah as babies. Sweet and simple :)
